Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Off Script website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our Services

Off Script provides private, custom travel planning, booking, and execution services in Sichuan and surrounding regions. All trips are organized by our local team and partner operators.

Bookings & Payments

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due 14 days before departure. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and bank transfers. All prices are in USD unless otherwise noted.

Cancellations & Refunds

Free cancellation up to 30 days before departure (full refund minus processing fee). 50% refund for cancellations 15-30 days before departure. No refund for cancellations within 14 days of departure. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

Limitation of Liability

Off Script acts as an intermediary between travelers and local service providers. While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for incidents, delays, or damages caused by third-party providers, weather conditions, or force majeure events.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
