Our drivers are Chinese-speaking. We provide multi-language support via WhatsApp throughout your trip. For guided tours in specific languages, please mention in your booking request.

For MVP bookings, we accept manual USDT transfers on TRC-20 network only. This is a human-confirmed payment process, not an automatic gateway. After booking, you will receive a quote and a wallet address. You send USDT and submit the transaction ID. We confirm on-chain manually.

Cancellation is handled case by case before payment is confirmed. Once USDT payment is confirmed on-chain, refunds are evaluated based on the specific situation. Please contact us directly for any cancellation needs.
